ASPN's grant program

ASPN's grant program is designed to bridge the financial gap for businesses looking to invest in comprehensive family-centric benefits. Eligible businesses can receive grants to support the implementation or improvement of reproductive health, parental leave, and universal care across the family continuum, enabling them to stay competitive in today's workforce while ensuring families receive the support they need and deserve.

Paid family leave can reduce turnover and save businesses money in the long run. Specifically, businesses with paid family leave policies experience 20% less employee turnover, saving an average of $16,000 per employee replaced.
